Welcome to Tamworth Farm Allotment Society! You are now the proud new tenant of a TFAS plot.

Many new plot holders are already experienced gardeners, others are completely new to cultivation. Whatever your knowledge and expertise, we hope this website helps you with hints and tips on cultivation, as well as guidance and advice on our site rules and member rights and responsibilities.

Tamworth Farm offers a warm and welcoming community of people interested in sustainable living and cultivation. Some people like to concentrate simply on cultivating their plot. Others enjoy taking part in TFAS events and activities. If you would like to get involved in these, here are some ways to do so:

• We have a number of social events each year where you can meet other members. The calendar of events gives a guide to when key social events occur. You’ll get more specific information on each event by email and on our Whatsapp groups, so please join up if you haven’t already done so.
• We run regular community workdays where we get together to improve shared areas on the three sites. This might involve weeding the common areas, planting trees or pruning bushes. All are welcome, whatever your ability or expertise. Again, you can find out more via emails or through our Whatsapp groups.
• Tamworth Farm Allotment Society is run by a committee of member volunteers, who are voted in each year at our autumn Annual General Meeting. If you are interested in helping run the site or simply have views on how it is run, we would love to hear from you. Contact us at tamworthfarm@gmail.com
