Tamworth Farm Allotment Society collects information about you to process your applications for an allotment plot, produce a contract for your plot, produce annual invoices, communicate with you about your plot, add you to the plot maps of the site and keep you up to date with information about site-wide issues and activities.

We collect your name, postal address, date of birth, email, phone number and, if applicable, proof of disability.

We may be required to share this information with the Tamworth Farm Allotments landlord, the London Borough of Merton. If legally obliged to do so, we may share your information with other organisations.

We do not share your data with third parties for marketing purposes.

We will keep hold of your information until you give up your allotment plot and your key deposit is returned to you. Once your deposit has been paid to you we will delete all information we hold on you unless we are legally required to keep it for longer. Please note that financial data has to be kept for seven years.

You have a right to request a copy of the information we hold about you. If you would like a copy of some or all of your personal information please email tamworthfarm@gmail.com or write to us at the TFAS address. Should this become onerous for the volunteer management committee, we may make a small charge for this service.

We want to make sure that your personal information is accurate and up to date. You may ask us to correct or remove information you think is inaccurate.
